I specialize in working with client's that possess the following qualities:

  • Highly motivated to improve self/relationships

  • Willing to try suggestions in order to obtain desired results

  • Needing extra help/accountability with changing habits but very driven to do so

  • Committed to therapy at least every other week for at least 6 sessions

  • If has childhood trauma or grew up in a dysfunctional home, understands likely necessity of processing

  • Desiring to boost confidence or self-esteem and serious about making changes

  • Goal oriented - having a good idea as to how online therapy will be beneficial

  • Ready to start the processing of past trauma even if feeling a little nervous or scared

Therapy Style
  • Laid back - I may make a suggestion but won't try to force any changes

  • Solution Focused - we will prioritize your goal(s) and collaborate on how to reach them in the most efficient and expeditious way

  • Direct - Empathetic but won't beat around the bush

  • Non-judgmental - whether you're in a polyamorous relationship or have been sexually abused - your story is safe with me and I will treat you as I would want to be treated

  • Fast-paced - If you are desiring to make changes FAST I will be cognizant of your desires while also attempting  to not emotionally overwhelm you

  • Honest -  I will give you truthful feedback when applicable
